Emballagegruppen A/S has more than 100 years of experience in carton packaging and printing

We were established on July 1, 2013 by a merger of Mammens Emballage A/S, Schweitzer A/S and Højrup Æskefabrik A/S. Despite the fact that the company is relatively new, we have produced carton packaging and offset printing for more than 100 years.

In the merger, we gathered knowledge and experience from the three companies and invested in new efficient and innovative production equipment, including digital production. As the only one in Northern Europe we have inline cold foil system for production of premium packaging. All of this has made Emballagegruppen one of Northern Europe's most competent and versatile packaging companies.

We are amongst other things specialists in industrial packaging, pharma, food and trays for fruit and vegetables.

Schweitzer is part of the Emballagegruppen A/S. Schweitzer is one of Denmark's oldest printing companys, and the printing house have created high quality prints since 1828. After the merger, we have chosen to retain the old name that oozes quality and expertise (link).

Good Food Group owns Emballagegruppen, and the packaging company is part of the packaging division together with Dan Labels. The packaging division employs over 120 people and has a turnover of well over DKK 200 million.

Mission and vision

We are constantly working to improve and we set the bar high because we believe that we can become Northern Europe's preferred packaging supplier

We will deliver quality packaging and printing solutions faster and more flexibly than our competitors will, and we will be an innovative partner for our customers.

Emballagegruppen A/S will be the preferred supplier of cartons and printed matter in northern Europe.

Label and flexible division

The label company Dan Labels A/S is part of Emballagegruppen. The company was established in 1987 and has been in constant growth ever since. Dan Label's concept was to produce labels for companies in the Good Food Group, but today they sell 2/3 of their production to customers outside the concern.

Production takes place on advanced flexo and digital printing machines. Dan Labels prints adhesive labels, and their Flexible Division produces flexible printed foils. Dan Labels has achieved a high level of expertise within its field, and the company delivers complex, top-quality printing.

Despite strong growth, the company maintains its two main criteria for success: flexibility and fast delivery
